Taking imperfect action with Jadah Sellner

In this week’s episode of Lead with Love, I’m challenging myself to do something I always tell my community to do.

Take Imperfect Action

I had a summer flu that kicked my butt to the moon and back. Being out of commission for 2 weeks threw the little momentum I’d gained right out the window. Instead of hustling in high gear, I was hibernating with Zicam, antibiotics and fluids.

I felt so guilty, and before I knew it, I found myself in that spiral of badgering myself, overthinking and questioning everything.

Isn’t it crazy how a small set back can make you question everything that you’re doing?

So to get out of my head and back into motion, I’m going to take some of my own advice.

“I think it’s so important for us to remember that we get to take up space, and we get to take up space imperfectly.”
