My big announcement for 2017

I’d like to share some exciting news with you, and it may surprise you, so keep on reading…

Over the past few years (being fueled by green smoothies of course!), so many doors have opened up for me to publish a book with a dear friend, speak on stages around the world, travel to over 10+ countries with my family, lead business + mastermind retreats, and help entrepreneurs grow their tribes and world-changing ventures.

I know one thing for sure: I’m lit up and feel called to do more of this work –– a sign that tells me I’m on the right path. Last year the call in my heart got louder, and it became clear to me that I’m ready to surrender to this new direction on my career path –– even when I don’t have all the steps fully mapped out. Slow down… surrender… trust.

Since 2012, my friend, Jen Hansard, and I have been building a global community + serving our Simple Green Smoothies tribe. As the co-founders we've nurtured and loved our rawkstar community over the past five years together as friends and business partners. We built an amazing business helping people fuel their passion through healthy recipes.

2016 was a year of exploring what it means to follow our own passions and go after our dreams. We have learned so much from one another and are both deeply committed to serving and helping people live their best lives. #FuelYourPassion

To honor my heart’s calling, I made the decision to sell my half of the business and take a big leap towards my next dream. Jen has taken on full leadership of Simple Green Smoothies, and I am beyond blessed that she is passionate about continuing to grow and nurture the amazing community we built together.

I’ll still be spreading the green smoothie love far and wide! This month our book is featured in Amazon’s physical bookstores as a 2017 pick for the New Year – 93% of our book reviews are 5 stars! I’m SO proud of the lives we will continue to change through this movement.

And now I’m ready to fully step into this next chapter and work on my heart project, in service of my soul’s work and the world. So I have a question for you…

You may be asking yourself, “Am I crazy for wanting to start something new?” My good friend and mentor, Jonathan Fields said to me, “That’s not the question you’re really asking. The question you’re asking is, ‘can magic strike twice?’ and the answer is YES!”

Today, I am here to take a stand for YOU to follow your heart, your dreams, and your truth. And that’s doesn’t mean you need to blow everything up in your life to make it happen.

You can honor what you’ve built, honor the people you care about, honor your responsibilities… and still stay in integrity with your truth in the process.

I’ve honored that commitment this past year, and today I’m making the leap to uncover my voice and share the story that’s brewing in my heart. I'm ready to unleash the fierce, unapologetic version of myself to activate a world that needs LOVE more than ever.

I’ve been incubating in my creative crave these past few months, and I’m excited to share this new vision with you as it unfolds. I’m moving my feet while I pray. 🙂

I’m diving deeper into what it means to build a community and start a movement around the people we serve, not focusing on vanity metrics. I’m on a mission to bring the heart back into hustle and help people grow their businesses with love and integrity. #LoveOverMetrics

This next step allows me to serve entrepreneurs in a bigger way. It’s the work I am called to do. I believe our businesses are an expression of who we are and what we stand for in the world. This year is about truth telling and bringing your whole self to your work. It’s a call for us all to speak up and own our voices.

I am beyond excited to have you on this journey with me. I have so many lessons I can’t wait to share with you about this process and my experience.
