It’s Not Just Your Business, It’s Your Life

As the darker, colder nights are here in Northern California, I’m feeling the pull to stay in bed a little longer and tuck my to-do list away, so I can fully enjoy the holidays.

There’s tension between my future self and my present self. Can you relate?

There’s the part of you who’s ready to call this year a wrap and start dreaming, visioning, and planning out your 2023. It’s the “responsible” thing to do as a business owner. But there is also a part of you who wants to slow down, rest, hibernate, and just be present with your loved ones.

I want to give you permission to be a slow cooker and let the next few weeks simmer. Trust that whatever ideas, products, and plans need tending to will still be there in the new year. If your business vision is flowing right now, make some space to dream. But if they’re not, don’t force it. #slowsimmer
