I need to tell you something…

I want to take a moment to call something out.

I've seen a quiet shift happening for many entrepreneurs.

A shift from being obsessed with numbers, stats and metrics –– back to connecting to what matters most…loving up on your tribe, finding more meaning in your work, and enjoying the process.

Measuring your success and value with how much money you make or how many followers you have is exhausting. I know this because I've done it, and still find myself leaning on my credibility of numbers, reach, and revenue I've made. Part proud. Part, “isn't this how people find me valuable?” Our self-worth is tied up in numbers –– from body to business.

Numbers aren't the point. Transformation is.

When you make money, it's a measure of the impact you are making and can continue to make (don't ignore the numbers –– profit matters if you want to grow a business!). But I believe that if we lead with love first, build a solid + aligned business foundation, the numbers will follow in a more meaningful, sustainable way.

We sometimes get caught up in the metrics of building an empire that we forget to build a community to serve and a life to live.

You and I both know it's time to step back from this way of thinking.

We know it was never about the numbers. It was always about the impact, connection, and deep desire to serve others while being able to support and care for the ones we love.
