You deserve to

love your life

Honor the season you’re in

Happy, Happy New Year!

How are you welcoming in the new year?

Today, I’m in Lake Tahoe calling in the new year with winter energy. Allowing myself to move slow, connect with what (and who) really matters, and continue to dream in the snow. Surrounded by real white S P A C E.

Check out my daughter making a snow angel. ❄️

Winter is a time of endings and new beginnings.

Taking the time to reflect on our wins and lessons learned. This intentional pause allows us to realign our visions and goals with what we truly feel called to create next. It takes a lot of patience and waiting. Oh, the waiting.

In a conversation with my dear friend Kate Northrup, we talk about the seasons in our bodies, our lives, and the cycles of doing versus resting in our businesses. She talks about how she was in a winter of waiting for 3+ years for her next body of work to become clear.

Honor the Season You're In

“It was a lot of just owning my work and owning that I do have something unique and powerful to say, and that it’s ok to say it.”

– KATE NORTHUP

Are you called to do less in your life?

If you’re looking for another way to do work and live a more meaningful life without the badge of burnout, then episode 142 of the Lead with Love podcast is for you.

In today’s conversation, I get cozy with entrepreneur, bestselling author, and momma, Kate Northrup. We talk about creativity, motherhood, and a new way to approach productivity.

Kate supports ambitious, motivated and successful women to light up the world without burning themselves out in the process. Committed to empowering women entrepreneurs to create their most successful businesses while navigating motherhood.

What you'll hear (and don't want to miss!):

  • Why “leading with love” means something different for Kate now versus what it did a few years ago
  • What makes good boundaries and how they make life easier for everyone
  • How she realized that she was playing small in her life and business and the money and mindset blocks she had to overcome
  • Her journey to having a 7-figure business and how she turned “pro”
  • How her “Do Less” philosophy was born and what it is all about
  • The way that Kate honors the season she’s in – and helps others do the same
