Can you believe there’s only 25 days left in 2017?! This is the time that I get comfy and cozy with a cup of tea and reflect on what I’ve accomplished in the year and what my dreams, goals and plans for the new year will be.

Taking the time to pause, reflect and celebrate wins shouldn’t be a yearly practice but a weekly practice and is something that I do with the women in my Love Over Metrics program each week. On Mondays, we write our top 1-3 priority projects that will make an impact on our business and on Fridays we celebrate our wins. Imperfect action, accountability and celebration.

We tend to beat up on ourselves for things we didn’t get done, but it’s super important to celebrate what we did do. I’ll be sharing my top celebrations in 2017 in a few weeks.
