*The studio is located in a four-plex commercial building. Suite A and B are street-facing and Suite C and D are on the rear side of the building. Walk to the right of the driveway behind Sonor Music School.
*For parking, please park on the street (you will not need to move it even though it says 2-hour parking). There is ample parking along both sides of Mt. Diablo.

- Full Day (8 hours) – $900
- Half Day (4 hours) – $450
- Each additional hour – $145/hr
- Refundable Damage/Security Deposit – $450 (full day); $225 (half day)

Airports:
San Francisco International Airport (SFO): 32 miles to the studio.
Oakland International Airport (OAK): 22 miles to the studio.
Buchanan Field Airport (CCR): 9 miles to the studio via JSX.com – great if you’re flying from Burbank, Orange County, or Las Vegas.
By Car:
For parking, please park on the street (you will not need to move it even though it says 2-hour parking). There is ample parking along both sides of Mt. Diablo.
There is also additional parking that’s just a 2-minute walk away. Park east of the She Builds Creative Studio in front of the Lafayette Bike Shop.

What's included in the set up and break down?
We’ll take care of arranging the space to your preferred setup (BackJacks, tables, chairs, etc.) and reset everything afterward. With this add-on, all you need to do is show up and lead your event. We handle the rest!
Can I rent the space for less than 4 hours?
The minimum rental time is 4-hours. However, in some cases, we can accomodate a 2-hour rental. Reach out to us at hello@jadahsellner.com to inquire.
