How the Business Lab works.
What we’ll build together…
Session 1: Choose Your Most Important Growth Priority
We will step back from the noise of your business and identify the opportunity or constraint that deserves your attention now.
You’ll choose one meaningful result to move forward during the Lab and create a focused implementation plan for the weeks ahead.
Session 2: Strengthen the Strategy
We will examine the strategy beneath your goal. Depending on your business, that may mean refining an offer, clarifying your positioning, strengthening your pricing, improving your client journey, or simplifying how you deliver your work.
You’ll leave with: greater confidence in what you are offering, who it is for, and what needs to change to support your next stage of growth.
Session 3: Create Your Visibility and Sales Plan
We will identify the simplest, most aligned path to bringing your work to the right people. You will choose the relationships, conversations, content, partnerships, or sales activities that can create momentum without requiring an exhausting marketing machine.
Session 4: Implement, Refine, and Keep Moving
We will review what you have tried, what is gaining traction, and where you are getting stuck. You’ll receive coaching and peer feedback to help you solve challenges, make stronger decisions, and adjust your approach without abandoning your goal.
Your 2027 Planning Day
A 5-hour extended session dedicated to integrating what you’ve learned and looking ahead.
You’ll create a spacious, focused plan for 2027, including your core priorities, goals, capacity, and implementation rhythm. Instead of beginning the new year overwhelmed by everything you could do, you will know what matters and what can wait.
You’ll leave with a grounded 2027 growth plan designed to support both your business and your life.
Meet Jadah Sellner
Business Coach, Bestselling Author, and Vision Doula
With over 17 years of entrepreneurial experience, from building brick-and-mortar studios to growing online product-based companies, I know what it takes to start, grow, pivot, and scale.
I co-founded Simple Green Smoothies and helped grow it into a seven-figure business and a global community of more than one million people. I’ve also written two traditionally published books, including She Builds, and been featured in Forbes, O, The Oprah Magazine, and The Wall Street Journal.
I also understand the lows of entrepreneurship that no one shares on their highlight reels. I have lived through business breakdowns, financial uncertainty, reinvention, 21 years of marriage, and motherhood.
I created the Business Lab because I believe women deserve spaces where their ambition is welcomed, their whole lives are honored, and they don’t have to build alone.
Answers to your questions
When are the meeting dates and times?
This Business Lab will help you start 2027 with clarity, momentum, and a community to lean on.
We meet for five in-person sessions from 10:00 am-1:00 pm PT on Nov. 6, Nov. 20, Jan. 15, and Jan. 29.
On Dec. 11, our strategic planning day, we’ll meet from 10:00 am-3:00 pm.
What if I need to miss a session?
Because this is an intimate, in-person experience, attending most sessions will give you the greatest value and help create consistency for the group.
Please review all dates before joining.
Will I receive individual coaching?
This is a working lab where you’ll collaborate with peers and actively implement what you’re learning in your own business.
The experience does not include private one-on-one coaching.
But you’ll have opportunities to receive direct coaching and feedback from Jadah through group discussion and Q&A.
You’ll also join small breakout groups to receive feedback and insights on your business.
Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on before I join?
No. You may have one clear goal, or you may need help choosing among several options.
The first session will help you identify the priority that deserves your attention now.
What kind of business do I need to have?
The Lab welcomes women and non-binary entrepreneurs with service-based, product-based, creative, consulting, coaching, education, and community-centered businesses.
What matters most is that you already have a working business foundation and a meaningful priority you are ready to move forward with.
Where is it located?
Meetings will be held at She Builds Creative Studio in Lafayette, California.
The Business Lab is open to women throughout the San Francisco Bay Area who can attend the sessions in person.
Plenty of free street parking, local restaurants, and coffee shops nearby will keep the conversations and co-working going beyond our gatherings.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes. You may pay $2,495 in full or choose four monthly payments of $650, totaling $2,600.
Your investment includes all five in-person sessions, strategic coaching and facilitation from Jadah, guided planning and implementation tools, peer thought partnership, and the extended 2027 Planning Day.
Will you offer this Business Lab again?
This is a special Fall 2026 cohort.
