“I’ve worked with Jadah a couple of times. The first time (we worked together) I had my biggest year in business. We doubled my income from $225,000 to $426,000 pounds.”
For those who lead businesses, teams, clients, and households, the end of the year can feel like a swirl of responsibility, overwhelm, and fatigue.
You’ve been holding so many ideas, decisions, and big life transitions.
Yet rarely do you get the quiet time or support to slow down and fully digest what actually happened.
This retreat is your invitation to slow down, exhale, and be witnessed as you acknowledge your growth, your courage, your breakthroughs, and even the hard things you moved through.
No pushing.
No planning.
No “finish strong” pressure.
You’re a woman or gender-expansive business owner who:
Without truly acknowledging what actually happened this year.
But seasoned leaders know…
This retreat helps you quiet the noise, release expectations, and reconnect to the truth of your year. So when you do step into planning in 2026, you’ll do it from a place of inner alignment, not urgency or shoulds.
Your moment to pause, look back, and honor this year. It offers clarity before the deeper work of visioning, planning, and expansion begins.
And if this reflection reveals a desire for deeper support, you’ll be invited to explore She Builds Collective, my 12-month mastermind for seasoned entrepreneurs.
In February 2026, we gather in Carmel, California, for our Visioning and Strategic Planning Retreat to shape the next evolution of your business and leadership.
I’ve been an entrepreneur for 17 years, and I know the truth behind the highlight reels. The highs that make you feel unstoppable, and the lows that make you question everything. I’ve lived both.
My journey began in the last economic downturn, when everything I had built collapsed. My car broke down. My family moved into our workspace, and my daughter slept in what was a storage closet. Eventually, I had to shut everything down.
We packed up our lives and moved in with my in-laws to make ends meet. I felt ashamed. My confidence was shaken. My husband and I fought about money we didn’t have. And I remember wondering, “Maybe I’m just not cut out for this.”
But I also knew I wasn’t done. With $42,000 in debt, I started again. And this time, I made myself a promise: I would not lose myself, my health, my creativity, or my family on the way to building something meaningful.
I co-founded Simple Green Smoothies and grew an online community of over 355,000 email subscribers and 400,000 Instagram followers. We went from $0 to $1 million in revenue in just two years. Later, I sold the company and wrote She Builds, sharing everything I’ve learned about growing companies with intention and love.
My work has been featured in Forbes, O, The Oprah Magazine, The Wall Street Journal… But truthfully? Those accolades aren’t what I’m most proud of.
What matters most is that I found a way to grow without abandoning myself. To build businesses that nourish my life instead of consuming it. To lead with love, not hustle. And to help other women do the same.
That’s why I host gatherings like this one. Because you deserve a place to slow down, reflect, and be held by a community of women who truly get it. And I’m honored to be that guide for you at the She Builds 2025 End-of-Year Reflection Retreat.
“I’ve worked with Jadah a couple of times. The first time (we worked together) I had my biggest year in business. We doubled my income from $225,000 to $426,000 pounds.”
“Perfect for stepping away from the grind to get recentered in why I started my business in the first place, and find a more easeful and loving way to build my business to serve my community, my family, and myself as an entrepreneur.”
“Jadah has helped me achieve some of my biggest goals for traffic, income, team building, and lifestyle, I couldn’t have done it without her guidance.”
“I went from having no business, not being clear on a business idea to really feeling comfortable and grounded in starting and launching that business. I run a very successful, multiple 6-figure consulting company, and that is a direct result of my working with Jadah.”
“Jadah was very patient. She understood what made me tick and she worked with that rather than trying to go against the grain. In The Collective, I loved the camaraderie. Jadah picks really high-powered, warm, loving women. I felt like family in The Collective. It’s a great feeling of community.”
“Jadah is able to peel away what may be holding us back from our own success with her exercises, the space she is able to hold, and also the group of woman she attracts. The exercises and then the hot seat moments with others in the group bring great clarity.”
“I had three different businesses and at the time I was making a decision to shut down one of them. I was exhausted and overwhelmed. I felt really alone. Now I have a really clear roadmap to get to where I am going.”
“People said this was a big investment for so early in the company. I couldn’t think of anything more valuable to have spent the money on.”
Now I’m in the position where I’m working 3 ½ hours a day. I’m working in a way that is actually generating revenue allowing me to be with my son and getting super laser sharp focused on exactly what actions I need to take.
“There are two reasons that prompted me to hire Jadah. First one was burn out –– I had too much work, needed more help, and I wasn’t sure how to hire a team. And the other reason was my deeper purpose –– I wanted to have a why to really drive me and have something bigger that I was working towards. Jadah helped with both of these.”
“Jadah understands and wants me to feel successful, not for her, but for me. I felt so supported, so loved, so connected. It was by far the best business coaching experience I’ve ever had. And I’ve paid a lot of money to a lot of people to coach me in business.”
