You deserve to

love your life

A ‘lil update + join me in NYC..for FREE. Deets inside {Time Sensitive}

The past 30 days has been one of the busiest months that I can remember #holywow! In my personal life, I ran a 5K with my husband and daughter and our mantra was, “My race. My pace. My personal best.” We also took Zoe to her first concert to go see Sia.

I celebrated two of my favorite women –– Sarah Jenks' birthday and Nisha Moodley's blessing way (she's having a baby!).

After 30 days of creating, celebrating and problem solving, I sprained my ankle at my daughter's soccer game #SoccerMomHazards. I'm going to take this as a sign to slow down, especially once I fill you in on what's been happening in my part of the world, and I also have a special invite to join me in NYC for free. So keep on scrolling…

For a while now, I've been thinking, dreaming, wishing and hoping to serve by helping others build their dream tribe through a challenge. And this September, it finally happened! I launched a special beta group for my Build Your Challenge online course and honestly, it blew my mind. Two live 4-hour workshops, live Q & A, and a lot of tribes being built with love. It was MAGICAL. Get the full course here.

In October, I invited 7 world-changing women into my Mentorship Lab program. This program is perfect for #ladybosses who already have momentum and some revenue in their business, but need to brainstorm, create a clear vision and strategize to get to the next level. I'm so grateful to be working with this amazing group of women for the next 6 months.

We'll be retreating in Sausalito, California with gorgeous Golden Gate Bridge views this Sunday, and I can't wait!

I've had my fair share of pinch me please moments over the past few months. I traveled across the country to NYC to mastermind with Todd Herman + Ramit Sethi at Todd Herman's Boardroom meeting in NYC.

I eagerly put on my cape to join other Superheros in the Archangel Summit in Toronto. So honored and humbled to share the stage with industry icons like Seth Godin, Gary Vaynerchuk, Gretchen Rubin, Dan Martell and many more! And we had so many great conversations backstage in the Speakers Lounge –– I'm pretty sure Seth Godin helped me name my next book!

Okay, here is what I'm super excited to share with you. I love going to events, connecting and building relationships with people, and getting inspired by the energy, vision and drive of other world-changing, entrepreneurs around me. But getting to do all that for FREE is even more awesome.

This November 16th and 17th I'll be sharing the stage with 6 other inspirational speakers at Rad Fest Live, along with Mia Michaels from So You Think You Can Dance! This event will bring incredible women from around the world to New York City for an experience like no other; jam-packed with high-level training, uproarious laughter, and deep self-discovery—so you can create a life and business you love.

I'll be speaking on something near and dear to my heart –– How to Build Your Business and Tribe with Love.

The Radical Life Movement founded by Kirsten Roberts is something I deeply believe in. This movement, for women linking arms and rising up so we step courageously into what our heart desires, is growing powerfully and now you can join me and this movement in NYC for FREE. READHow to Live A Good Life by Jonathan Fields
My friend and mentor Jonathan Fields has put some of his infinite wisdom to paper in his new book titled, How To Live A Good Life. It's such an incredible read. Plus, my story and Simple Green Smoothies is featured in one of the chapters –– “Take a Green Day!” Be sure to snag yourself a copy here.

LISTEN – Curious on how I balance growing a family and a business? I did a super fun interview with Adrienne Dorison. Take a listen here.

Even though this past month was “busy” –– everything on my calendar was intentionally planned. I happen to my days, I don't let my days happen to me. We can keep feeling too busy + overwhelmed and live reactionary lives, or we can choose to live intentional lives. Ask yourself today, “What am I intending today? What do I want to happen?” And let that intention rule your day. Don't let the day rule you.

Love you to the moon and back –– thanks for being in my world. I truly appreciate your heart and attention. 🙂

Warm Hugs,
