“How I Reflect and Renew for the New Year” with Jadah Sellner

Have you taken the time to really close out a chapter in your life, so you can fully step into what’s next? If you’re feeling ready to create an expanded vision for your life, but haven’t taken the time to pause and reflect on what you’ve already accomplished, then episode 143 of the Lead with Love Podcast is for you.

In this solo episode, I’ll share my process for how I close out the end of year, so I have the space to think and dream about what I want to focus on next, and the schedule I prepared for my husband and I to reflect on 2018 and welcome in 2019.

Before I begin I…

Step 1: Pick a date and time and put it in the calendar. I’d give yourself 8 hours, which you can spread out over a few days and break up into 2-4 hours. My husband and I did it on Dec. 27, a few days after Christmas. For our first meeting we scheduled 4 hours.

Step 2: Create a list of what questions I’d like to reflect on. I actually made a schedule, which I’ll share with you.

Step 3: Gather all the supplies I’ll need: a blank journal, pen and pencil. You can also have big poster paper and markers.

Tune in and listen below:
